What We Mean By Ownership

The builder remains licensed software.
Buying an operator licence does not transfer ownership of the builder, source materials, wiki or underlying intellectual property.
White label is a separate commercial right.
Where purchased, the white-label licence allows a branded edition to be sold, but downstream customers receive end-user rights rather than a chain of resale rights.
